in and around Port Clyde.


Park your car, stow the keys. You're in Port Clyde -- let yourself unwind.   The Marshall Point
Lighthouse and Drift Inn Beach are both a quick drive or a short walk away.  If Monhegan Island beckons, the Seaside Inn is a few steps from the Monhegan Boat Line dock.  They also offer an evening sunset cruises.  For more adventure you can explore the waters in a kayak with  Port Clyde Kayak or book a day on the water with a local lobsterman.

A classic Maine fishing village located in the Town of St. George, Port Clyde offers all the sights and sounds you would expect in a working harbor with lobster and fishing boats.   Enjoy a treat from the ice cream shop, browse for gifts and local treasures in the shops and art galleries.  Our library is cozy and well stocked,  you'll  often find a guest or two snuggled up with a book or working on a jigsaw puzzle.   Old fashioned and simple pleasures abound here. 

If you want to explore more of the mid-coast, a short drive brings you to the restaurants, shops, movie theatres and museums of Rockland, Thomaston and Camden.
